The Stewards Sale ensures that those critical to the culture of Burning Man, crews for theme camps, art installations, mutant vehicles, Black Rock City infrastructure providers, and groups supporting cultural projects, sustainability, and R.I.D.E. gain access to the event.

This sale does not have an application process; identified group leads will be contacted directly with detailed registration instructions. This sale requires group leads to invite their members for access to the sale. Those invited are guaranteed access to buy tickets during the 7-day purchase window. 

New for 2025: Stewards Sale group leads will also have the option to purchase a portion or all of their group’s allocated tickets at once (group buy), then distribute the tickets to their groups.

Each invitee may purchase up to two (2) tickets and one (1) vehicle pass in this sale. Tickets in the Stewards Sale will be $550, $650, $750, $950, $1,500, and $3,000 each plus applicable taxes and fees. NOTE: Stewards Sale has its own ticket price allotments reserved unrelated to other ticket sales.

Vehicle Passes in the Stewards Sale will be $150 each, plus applicable fees.

Those who buy tickets in the Stewards Sale will be prevented from registering to buy tickets through subsequent sales.
