In addition to the confirmation screen upon registration, you will also receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of registering for the ticket sale. It will come from participantsupport@burningman.org (be sure to check your spam folder and search for “participantsupport” in your email).
If you do not see confirmation of your registration, please also log into MyTickets to confirm your registration. If this is your first time logging in to MyTickets, you can use the “Forgot your password” link to create a password and access your account.
If you made a typo with your name, need to update your email address, or cannot locate your registration, please reach out to participantsupport@burningman.org for further assistance.
