The first step toward applying for funding is submitting a Letter of Intent (LOI). The deadline for submitting an LOI is usually in November.

After you’ve submitted an LOI, you will be notified within approximately four weeks whether you have been invited to submit a full proposal. You will have approximately four weeks from notification to submit the full proposal. Late submissions, or submissions that have not gone through the LOI process, will not be considered. If you have more than one concept you’d like us to consider, you are welcome to submit more than one LOI, and then potentially submit more than one art grant proposal, if your LOIs are accepted into the grant process.
