If your registered Theme Camp is placed on the Esplanade, you are allowed to use the 100’ feet extending out from your camp into the open playa. The Esplanade is 40’ wide, and you have access to the 100’ beyond that (so 140’ from the front edge of your camp). You don’t need to register any art you place there.
