Yes, absolutely! Leaving a ticket on hold for someone who is arriving later is a regular service of the Box Office. This can be handled at Will Call when you enter the city.

If you have already entered the event and made it to your camp, we encourage you to bring your ticket to the conveniently located AirBox. Our full-service satellite Box Office is located at the BRC Airport. Its operating hours of 8am-7pm Pacific Time beginning Wednesday, August 21, 2024.

You can also do this at the main Box Office, but it's a safety hazard having folks drive out there and walk across the lanes of traffic. The Box Office at the front gate opens at 12pm (noon) Pacific Time Monday, August 19, 2024, and is open 24/7 through 12pm (noon) Pacific Time Saturday, August 31, 2024.

In order to leave a ticket on hold for someone, you'll need to be able to provide their legal name and their Burner Profile email address. Playa names won't cut it in this situation - we require anyone picking up a ticket from the Box Office to present a valid legal ID.

Fun fact: we don't hold the exact ticket you give us for your person. When you bring a ticket to us to leave for someone else, we pull that ticket off your order and put it back in our pool of inventory and a new order is created under your person's name. When your person arrives, we'll issue them the next ticket in our stack. Pretty please don't write names on tickets or mark them up, because then we can't reuse them.
