The Box Office opens for Will Call orders Monday, August 19, 2024 at 12pm (noon) Pacific Time and is open 24/7 through Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 12pm (noon) Pacific Time. No orders can be picked up after the Box Office closes, and no refunds will be issued for orders not picked up before the Box Office closes.

If you are arriving any time before the event officially begins, you must have a valid Setup Access Pass (SAP). If your SAP lists a date earlier than the Box Office opens, you will NOT be able to pick up tickets held at Will Call until the Box Office opens at 12pm (noon) Pacific Time on Monday, August 19, 2024.

Setup Access is for pre-approved artist groups, theme camps, staff, and volunteers that are helping with specific teams. Your Burning Man team lead/contact person can advise you on how to get approved. Please do not email ticket support to inquire about setup access.

Our satellite Box Office at the Airport, the AirBox, is open 8am-7pm Pacific Time beginning Wednesday, August 21, 2024 and closes at 12pm Pacific Time on Saturday, August 31, 2024.
