The ticket transfer tool will be available starting on April 24th at 12pm (noon) PDT. You will not be able to transfer tickets until the tool opens.

Here's a step-by-step of how to use Ticket Transfer:

1. Log in to your account at https://here.burningman.org/my-tickets/login
2. Click 'Manage Burning Man 2024: Curiouser and Curiouser'
3. Click Transfer Items in the upper right.
4. Enter the email address of the person to whom you wish to transfer your item.
5. Select the items you want to transfer (ticket or vehicle pass).
6. Review the transfer details and select the box next to Terms & Conditions.
7. Confirm the transfer by checking the box next to the agreement phrase that says "I understand that I will not hold ownership of these items once they are accepted."
8. Click 'Transfer'
9. A window will pop up confirming the transfer and will also allow you to initiate another transfer if you have items you wish to send to someone else.
10. You may edit your transfer up until the recipient accepts the transfer. Once the transfer is accepted by the recipient you cannot undo it nor make changes.

The participant who is receiving the transfer should then check their ticket account (the one associated with the email used in the transfer) to see the newly transferred items.
