Transferred tickets automatically default to Will Call for pick up at the Box Office in Black Rock City. If you wish to have your transferred items shipped, you will need to email ticket support in order to pay for for a shipping method.

Please send an email to ticketsupport@burningman.org and be sure to include your name and the email address that you used to receive the transferred tickets.

An agent will then let you know what your options are for shipping and help you process payment for your desired shipping method.

The deadline to pay for shipping for a transferred order is 12pm (noon) PDT on Friday, July 19, 2024. After that all transferred items will be held at Will Call for pick up.
