Participants will have the option to purchase Ticket Protection for an additional fee during the checkout process. Ticket Protection is available internationally for tickets and vehicle passes in your 2026 order and will be powered by Protect Group, our new Ticket Protection partner. If your purchase includes Ticket Protection and you are unable to join us in Black Rock City because of a protected reason, you can submit an application for the return of your funds.
