The Secure Ticket Exchange Program (STEP) is an online system that facilitates the safe return and resale of certain face-value tickets that have been purchased directly from Burning Man Project.

$3000, $1500, and $950, $750, $650, and $550 tickets purchased through the Today Sale, Stewards Sale, Tomorrow Sale, and OMG Sale, and through STEP are eligible to be sold into STEP.

Tickets purchased through the Ticket Aid Program are not eligible to be sold into STEP.

Tickets received via transfer are not eligible to be sold into STEP.

STEP provides a hassle-free, secure way of buying and returning tickets while avoiding scammers, counterfeits and ticket markup resellers in order to keep tickets circulating within the community.
