Yes! You are more than welcome to apply to the Ticket Aid Program from any country. We accept applications from all Burners regardless of the country that you reside in.

When it comes to your documents, you are welcome to submit documentation from your country. If you are able to provide translated documents, that will definitely help our application reviewers. If you are not able to provide any translation, that is okay, we'll find someone to translate them for us. We would rather have documents from you in languages we need to translate than silly cat pictures or photos of your foot.

Regardless of your ability to translate your documents, we highly advise that you give us a description as to what your documents show and why you chose to submit them. If we cannot make sense of your documents and you do not give us any direction as to what they show we will unfortunately not be able to accept them.
