Burner Express Bus Plus tickets go on sale Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 12pm (noon) PDT. This sale provides the opportunity to buy a Burner Express Bus ticket PLUS a Burning Man event ticket. Only Burner Express tickets that depart for Black Rock City starting Monday, August 26 through Thursday, August 29 will be available. To confirm, that means no pre-event weekend tickets will be available.

Here’s how it works:

• On June 20, 2024 at 12pm (noon) PDT, log into your Burner Profile and click the button in the Tickets Section that says “Enter Sale” under the 2024 Burner Express Bus Plus header. This will direct you to the Burner Express Bus Plus Ticket purchase page. If you already have a Burning Man ticket associated with your profile you are ineligible for the Burner Express Plus Sale and will not see this button. 
• Select the bus ticket you want to purchase with departures from Reno and San Francisco beginning Monday, August 26, 2024 and running through Thursday, August 29, 2024.
• By June 26, 2024 you willl receive an email from Burning Man Ticketing (ticketsupport####@burningman.org) containing a link to pay for your $575 event ticket. Please add @burningman.org emails to your safe list. If you don't see it, be sure to check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact ticketsupport@burningman.org. You must pay for your Burning Man event ticket by July 3, 2024 at 12pm (noon) PDT. After this deadline, your ticket will be released and will no longer be available to you.
• When it’s time to go to Burning Man, go to your Burner Express Bus point of embarkation (either in San Francisco or Reno), and show your photo ID as well as your event ticket order number to pick up your Burning Man ticket. Get on the bus and have a great time!
• You can purchase water, bike, or luggage add-ons in the checkout flow once you have safely carted your bus ticket.
• On June 21 or later, visit the Burner Express Bus website to purchase any return tickets.
• Please remember that a Burner Express Bus Plus event ticket can only be used by you, riding the Burner Express Bus from Monday, August 26 through Thursday, August 29. Your event ticket will not be valid if you attempt to enter the event any other way and will not be available for pickup at the main box office in Black Rock City.
• Burner Express Plus Sale bus and event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Participants are limited to one Burner Express Plus Sale ticket. Duplicate or successive orders will be canceled.
