The Secure Ticket Exchange Program (STEP) is an online system facilitates the safe return and resale of face-value tickets that have been purchased directly from Burning Man Project. $2500, $1500, and $575 tickets that have been purchased directly from Burning Man are all eligible for resale.

STEP provides a hassle-free, secure way of buying and returning tickets while avoiding scammers, counterfeits and ticket markup resellers in order to keep tickets circulating within the community. We have partnered with Lyte to run STEP.
