Your position in the STEP queue depends on how many people are selling their tickets back, how many people signed up before you, and the number of participants removing themselves from the queue.

Many people sign up and then find tickets through other channels, while others stick it out and are able to get a ticket through STEP.

Due to these constant changes, we do not have the ability to tell people their place in the queue, and we cannot predict the rate at which people will sell their tickets back into STEP. The best advice we can give is to be patient. In the meantime, we encourage you to continue to seek out any extra tickets in your immediate community.

Tickets often become available as people's plans change. If you buy a ticket from someone outside of STEP, go back to your Lyte confirmation to remove yourself from the STEP queue, so you aren't charged for tickets.
