You will be credited, via PayPal, for the face value of your ticket(s) plus any delivery and service fees. Lyte does charge a $10 restocking fee for handling the resale of tickets. Please keep in mind that you will not be credited until another participant has purchased your ticket. It can take up to a full billing cycle to receive funds. International orders may take longer for refunds to process.

Please note that if you purchase tickets through STEP and then decide to sell those tickets back into STEP, you will receive a refund to the card you used to make your initial STEP purchase.
