Anyone who applies and is approved during this new extended window who will be sent a link to pay for their order the same day as approval.
Applicants who applied earlier in the year were previously given a window in which to purchase their Ticket Aid award; however, that deadline has been extended, and award recipients are now able to pay for their ticket up until their arrival to the event. They are also eligible to purchase a $75 vehicle pass at the same time if needed.
Tickets awarded through the Ticket Aid Program are held at the Box Office for $20 Will Call pickup, no exceptions. You will be required to show a valid legal photo ID in order to collect your ticket at the Box Office at the event. If you do not have a valid legal photo ID we will not release your ticket to you, no exceptions.
The Box Office opens for Will Call orders Monday, August 19, 2024 at 12pm (noon) PDT and is open 24/7 through Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 12pm (noon) PDT. No orders can be picked up after the Box Office closes, and no refunds will be issued for orders not picked up before the Box Office closes.
If you are arriving any time before the event officially begins on August 25, you must have a valid Setup Access Pass (SAP). You will not be able to pick up your ticket pre-event without a valid SAP.
Setup Access is for pre-approved artist groups, theme camps, staff, and volunteers that are working with specific teams. Your Burning Man team lead/contact person can advise you on how to get approved. Please do not email the ticket support to inquire about setup access.
