2020 Low Income Ticket orders must be paid for prior to arriving at the Box Office.
Awarded applicants will need to pay for their tickets online between July 20, 2020 and July 26, 2020. They are also eligible to purchase a $140 vehicle pass at the same time if needed.
Tickets are held for Will Call delivery and paid for prior to pick-up at the event Box Office located at the front gate of Burning Man. You will be required to show a valid legal photo ID in order to collect your ticket at the Box Office at the event. If you do not have a valid legal photo ID we will not release your ticket to you, no exceptions.
Any tickets that are not paid for before the deadline will be released. There is no option to pay for your ticket at the event, if you do not pay online during the payment window there will not be a ticket for you to purchase at the Box Office. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
The Box Office opens for Will Call orders Monday, August 24, 2020 at 12pm (noon) PDT and is open 24/7 through Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 12pm (noon) PDT. No orders can be picked up after the Box Office closes, and no refunds will be issued for orders not picked up before the Box Office closes.
If you are arriving any time before the event officially begins, you must have a valid Work Access Pass. You will not be able to pick up your ticket pre-event without your valid Work Access Pass.
Work Access is for pre-approved artist groups, theme camps, staff and volunteers that are working with specific teams. Your Burning Man team lead/contact person can advise you on how to get approved. Please do not email the ticket support to inquire about early arrival access.
