NEW for 2019: Low Income Ticket orders must be paid for prior to arriving at the Box Office.
Approved applicants were already sent a link to pay for their order online. Those links expired on July 21, 2019 and any tickets that were not paid for before the dealine have been released. There is no option to pay for your ticket at the event, if you did not pay online during the payment window there will not be a ticket for you to purchase at the Box Office. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Tickets are held for Will Call delivery and paid for prior to pick-up at the event Box Office located at the front gate of Burning Man. You will be required to show a valid legal photo ID in order to collect your ticket at the Box Office at the event. If you do not have a valid legal photo ID we will not release your ticket to you, no expections.
The Box Office opens for Will Call orders Monday, August 19, 2019 at 12pm (noon) Pacific Time and is open 24/7 through Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 12pm (noon) Pacific Time. No orders can be picked up after the Box Office closes, and no refunds will be issued for orders not picked up before the Box Office closes.
If you are arriving any time before the event officially begins, you must have a valid Work Access Pass. You will not be able to pick up your ticket pre-event without your valid Work Access Pass.
Work Access is for pre-approved artist groups, theme camps, staff and volunteers that are working with specific teams. Your Burning Man team lead/contact person can advise you on how to get approved. Please do not email the ticket support to inquire about early arrival access.
