Yes. The standard luggage allowance is up to two (2) items, and one carry-on item. Each piece of luggage may not exceed 62 linear inches (length + width + depth) or weigh more than 50lbs.

For travel between Reno and BRC you have the option to pay a $44 fee each way to bring an additional two pieces of luggage (for a total of four pieces of luggage and one carry-on item) no larger than 62 linear inches each or weighing more than 50lbs.
