Tickets awarded through the Ticket Aid Program are strictly one (1) per person. Similarly, applications must be filled out and submitted by the individuals who will use the ticket. Unless there are language issues or disability concerns applications may not be completed by a second party.

If children are applying we prefer for them to fill out their own application so we can hear directly from them. Please note the name of the parent/guardian that will be accompanying the child to the event in their application.
