BXAir: Is it possible to bring additional baggage?

For flights departing to or from Burbank NO additional bags are allowed.
For flights departing to or from Oakland and Bay Area, subject to load, ONE (1) additional carry-on-size bag not exceeding 30 pounds (13.6 kg) may be arranged in advance at extra cost, if the aircraft capacity permits.
For flights departing from or to Reno/Tahoe International Airport ONLY, up to THREE (3) additional bags not exceeding 30 pounds (13.6 kg) each may be arranged in advance at extra cost, provided that subject to operational considerations, additional bags beyond the first two bags may be transported on a separate aircraft at a different time. Additional baggage/cargo may be arranged in advance at extra cost by emailing support@dustycharter.com Subject: BAGGAGE Additional baggage is measured by weight, not by the number of bags. Additional baggage costs $100 per unit.
