You can self service change your ticket date/time by logging in to view your ticket at Burner Profile https://here.burningman.org/my-tickets/login and select exchanges.

Please note that if you have a BxB PLUS ticket (Bus PLUS event ticket), you are only eligible to travel on Monday Aug 26 or after and may not transfer this ticket to a general BxB ticket or route. Thank you for helping reduce traffic on the highway!
