You can pick up your Will Call tickets anytime after the Box Office opens at 12pm (noon) Pacific Time on Monday, August 19, 2024, with a valid Setup Access Pass (SAP).

Your SAP will state the date you are allowed to arrive on playa. You will not be able to pick up your tickets before the date on your Work Access Pass.

If your SAP lists a date earlier than the Box Office opens, you will NOT be able to pick up tickets held at Will Call until the Box office opens at 12pm (noon) Pacific Time on Monday, August 19, 2024.
