For those who want to purchase tickets, the Secure Ticket Exchange Program (STEP) closes Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 12pm (noon) Pacific Time. This is the last day any orders will be processed.

For those who want to sell their tickets through STEP, Thursday, August 15, 2019 at 12pm (noon) PDT is the last date/time that anyone with a Will Call order can submit a ticket for resale.

Thursday, June 6, 2019 at 12pm (noon) Pacific Time is the last day for anyone who opted for delivery of physical tickets to return tickets through STEP. This is also the last day to initiate a delivery method change to Will Call. 

Note: STEP will be paused July 22, 2019 – August 5, 2019 for the OMG Sale. During this time no orders will be processed and no new buyer requests will be added to the list.
