You have the ability to change the name or address your order is being shipped to.
Please look for a secondary email that was sent along with your order confirmation that advises you to create a "MyTickets" account to access your order. If you do not see that email, please request a password reset by visiting here.burningman.org and entering the email address you used to purchase your order.
Once you set up your account you can open up your order and change your shipping information there.
If the information does not seem to be saving and updating, please refresh the page or log out and back in again after submitting the new information.
Please note that for any orders being shipped, changes must be entered by June 3, 2020 at 12pm (noon) PDT.
